So two pages to look at it to explain what I’m seeing here.
This page is using a image as a preview to call in a YT video. When you mouse over the picture, you get a orange play button. http://abihomeservices.com/home-inspection-videos/
I then used one of the videos with the exact same settings (even created a template from it on the video page and inserted it on the home page) on the homepage but I get no layover and orange button on mouse-over. Why is it showing on one page, and not the other?

Also please create a temporary user with ‘administrator’ role and share in private content with permission to deactivate all plugins and add custom code if necessary to help you better.

We can see the element in question now. Is this the heading we are talking about?

If it worked on one page for you it should work on homepage as well unless some js has a conflict only on the homepage the hover icon should show and the light box should open. To find if any of the plugin is in conflict please follow the steps below
1. Goto plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
2. Updated WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
3. Activate one plugin at a time… refresh the page and check for the issue.
4. Make sure the plugins are all updatedIf that don’t resolve the issue please create a temporary user with ‘administrator’ role and share in private content with permission to deactivate all plugins and add custom code if necessary so we can take a closer look.
