When the main menu is hovered, the dropdown for submenus cannot be seen. It is present, but so light and transparent that it cannot be seen on desktop. It is functioning correctly on mobile.
Thanks.

Our developers solved the problem with this shortcode override to the CSS:
.av-main-nav > li > ul {opacity: 0.8 !important;}Images in private content.
Thanks!

April 3, 2017 at 7:11 pm #771279Hi,
Were you able to solve the issue with the hotspot images?
Best regards,
Jordan ShannonApril 3, 2017 at 7:14 pm #771284Not at the moment.
April 3, 2017 at 7:43 pm #771290Hi,
Do you already have pop-up text attached to the hotspot?
Best regards,
Jordan ShannonApril 3, 2017 at 7:45 pm #771291Yes, text and an image. Same thing with the hotspot – the window does pop, but is almost entirely transparent.
April 3, 2017 at 9:17 pm #771330Hi,
I am not able to view the pop-up at all. It is completely invisible. Please try adding this to quick css:
.av-tt-hotspot, .av-tt-hotspot .avia-arrow{ background: opacity: 0.8 !important; background-color:opacity: 0.8 !important; }
Let me know if this works.
Best regards,

Code added to quick CSS. No change in appearance on hotspot image. It is still slightly visible, but maybe 5% opacity.
Please advise.Thanks.
April 4, 2017 at 1:09 am #771456Hi,
Are you using the hotspot short codes for the text?Best regards,
Jordan ShannonApril 4, 2017 at 6:37 pm #771908We’re using the layout builder for the hotspot images. We pasted your code to the CSS quick.
April 4, 2017 at 6:58 pm #771919Hi,
Would you be able to provide admin info so I can login and take a look at it further?
Best regards,
Jordan ShannonApril 4, 2017 at 7:17 pm #771928See private content.
April 6, 2017 at 4:08 pm #773295The problem is still persisting. I’d rather not pay our developers to fix the problem. Have you been able to determine the cause of this transparency?
April 6, 2017 at 6:00 pm #773369Hi,
I am going to check in with my team and see if they have a solution. It’s seems like an error in the fade animation.

Jordan ShannonApril 11, 2017 at 2:17 pm #776043Jordan,
Any word from your team on what may be causing this problem. After our developers solved the drop-down menu problem, we are noticing that the sub-menu pop-outs do not show up either. This is causing many problems on our end, as our clients are not able to access critical portions of our website. We are also at a standstill in expanding our site for new products.
Please let me know what you find ASAP.
Thanks!

Jordan ShannonApril 11, 2017 at 3:00 pm #776078Hi!
Sorry for the late reply!
Could you please try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps?Regards,
YigitApril 11, 2017 at 8:24 pm #776290Yigit,
Thank you for your response. This worked. We deactivated all plugins and then reactivated each individually. They are all currently active and all pop menus and boxes are functioning correctly. We have no indication of which plugin may have solved the issue; sorry we can’t be of help on this matter.
Thanks for the great support!
