Hi,
There used to be a pretty nice hover effect for icon elements (must have been there with Enfold 4.1.x), which appears to be gone after updating to 4.2
You can have a look at it here, there are 3 buttons in the middle of the page, which are now static and boring when hovering: https://www.mondiale.de/web/en/language-courses/
Is this a bug or is the hover effect supposed to be gone? If so, why is that and how can I get it back?

No, that’s not the effect I mean, I’m afraid.
It was like a splash effect, when you drop a stone into water. There was an exploding circle around the icon element, which then faded. Hard to explain.
