HOTSPOTS IN MY PERSPECTIVE

Hello, I need some help from you. I sent this request for 3 days and no one returns me. Is there any mistake in my order?

I have a perspective of an enterprise. Each apartment block is identified by numbers. See image below in the link.

I want to use the HORSPOTS to identify residents. I need to generate the SPOTS 1-4 and repetilos several times. See the image below to understand what I need. How to do? I have 144 apartments. I can not have SPOTS 1-144.
