    Hi,

    Thank you for using Enfold.

The hotspot content editor accepts html markups. If you want to add a link to it, make sure that the “Show Tooltips” settings is set to “Always” because you won’t be able to click on the link if it is set to “Mouse Hover”.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

Ismael, I know the Hotspot html editor. But it has limitations. See the link below and notice what I say. With it I can not format a box with more elegant and formatted text. You understand me?

I would like to do this by CSS Custom or CSS Class. Did you see the model I shared with you? I think you can help me better.

    Hi,

    Thank you for explaining better.
To procced with something like that, you would need to hire someone to help you with such modifications as it is outside our support policy we are afraid.

    Thank you for your understanding

    Best regards,

Basilis, thank you for the return.

Is there no way to better format information inside the box? Is this true? What is the CSS CLASS field used for? Does this field make it possible to customize what is inside the box?

    Hi!

Please use html markup and add the css modifications in the Quick CSS field if you want to alter the style of the hotspot content. Which specific formatting are you having difficulty with?

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hello Ismael.

The box has no formatting. See the link below. Everything you enter is the same pattern. I would like to have a title with a different formatting, Padding (0,0,0,0), spacing between the elements (line and text), and a text below the title with a formatting for it.
I need to get a better presentation and better use HOTSPOT. Simple text is not enough. Many people stop using the hotspot because of this. The hotspot can not be just a short simple text comment. It can be more than that. It is important for everyone.

    Hi,

I’m sorry but that’s not true at all. You can format the content of the hotspot element. Eg:

    <h1 style="text-align: left;"><span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>Test</strong></span></h1>

    <hr />

    <span style="color: #808000;">Test this paragraph</span>

    <a href="_wp_link_placeholder">Add a link.</a>

And by adding a few custom css modification in the Quick CSS field, it’s possible to create more advance formats.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

Hi Ismael. Thanks for the feedback.

Does this code add it in quick css? I’m not seeing any references to the Hotspot in this code. I added and nothing has changed.

Am I doing something wrong? What is the correct way to use this code?

    Help me is very important.

    Hi,

The code above should go in the hotspot content editor. This code will not exactly create what you’re looking for but I’m just trying to show you that it’s possible to create different format in the hotspot content editor. If you need more advance styling or layout, add the css modifications in the Quick CSS field.

    Best regards,
    Ismael
