Howdy,
We’re building an Enfold site on Pantheon, and when you try to upload a custom font via the import feature, you get an error message saying it can’t find the find the font in “wp-content/uploads/avia_fonts/font-name-enfold-attempts-to reference” because the host will not allow Enfold to change the name “avia_temp”
So, after deleting “avia_temp” and uploading the folder with the correct name via SFPT client, you get a different error message:
Warning: include(/srv/bindings/7d4ed4aa480b477283d2033c1922d8fa/code/wp-content/uploads/avia_fonts/flaticon/charmap.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /srv/bindings/7d4ed4aa480b477283d2033c1922d8fa/code/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/php/font-manager.class.php on line 488 Warning: include(): Failed opening ‘/srv/bindings/7d4ed4aa480b477283d2033c1922d8fa/code/wp-content/uploads/avia_fonts/flaticon/charmap.php’ for inclusion (include_path=’.:/usr/share/pear:/usr/share/php’) in /srv/bindings/7d4ed4aa480b477283d2033c1922d8fa/code/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/php/font-manager.class.php on line 488
Is there a work-around for this? Hosting support suggested asking the following:
“I’d let them know that your host doesn’t allow inclusion of PHP code from the uploads directory and doesn’t allow runtime writing of files to the code repository and that it is causing your icons to not be able to load and ask how they would suggest you work around that”
I deleted the icon folders because it was keeping us from being able to continue design but the site is below.
Thanks!

June 19, 2017 at 9:36 pm #809985Hi,
We are sorry but there is no alternative solution for that.
You can only use font-face to import the font that way and assign the font to the element you want with CSS.Best regards,

We did a build once before and a developer pulled it off, unfortunately I asked him how he did it and he couldn’t remember. The next time the client has us do something on that particular site, I’ll link up with an SFTP client, figure it out, and post the answer here.
Thanks for the attempt though!
