You already helped me great with linking the horizon gallery to individual portfolio items on our website: http://www.kunstlijnhaarlem.nl/kunstlijn/kunstenaars/
But there is one more thing that’s not working properly. The Horizontal Gallery looks great on big screens. But on smaller screens the size of the images does not scale like it is expected to do. It works great on Firefox on a mobile phone however, but not with Chrome or Safari. You can see that the 1st & 3rd image are scaled propely on Firefox but only shows half the picture in chrome and (no picture included) safari.

YigitAugust 9, 2017 at 6:06 pm #836535Yes I have used your code in the child theme’s style.css. I get more space above the pictures with Firefox (and firefox did not have a problem on mobile devices). And there was no difference for Chrome. Si I have removed the code.

Images for the horizontal gallery should be the same height, or they will look different as the have different aspect ratio.

The strange thing is that my favorite browser (Firefox) does not have any problem. It’s just a problem with Chrome en Safari (webkit?) browsers. I work with Linux so I don’t know about IE of Edge btw
August 16, 2017 at 5:32 am #839684Hi,
Did you remove the horizontal gallery on the page? I can’t find the gallery described in the screenshots.
Best regards,
IsmaelAugust 17, 2017 at 9:33 am #840308Yes I did. And am sorry for that. But the artists made a complain because the presentation on the horizontal gallery was not good. It worked fine for desktop screens and also on ipad screens. But on mobile phones only Firefox was able to correctly show the picture. On Safari and Chrome most pictures were only half viewable because of differtent aspect ratio. I’m now on holliday’s with crappy Internet so it will have to wait a few day’s
