    Hello,

I wonder whether you could advise me on the best way to create a horizontal sub navigation. I.e. the main navigation (sections) in the header would not have any drop downs, and I would like then the sub navigation for a section appear below the logo and main nav, just the same way as the portfolio sort links appear.

I know that I could easily have a sub-navigation for each section in the sidebar. But I’m not so sure whether I’d be able to customise the CSS so that it’ll appear across the top. I’d rather not mess around too much and wonder whether anyone could suggest a efficient way to achieve a horizontal sub navigation as part of the header or below the header.

    Many thanks!

Anyone who can give an opinion on this?

    Hi!

Have you tried using Mega Menu columns? that’s the only way you can achieve a horizontal sub menu as far as i know:

    Cheers!

Thanks for your reply. I need it to always display rather than a drop-down. The only think I could come up with is making a widget for each section’s sub-nav, and placing this as content at the top of each page. This will involved cusomising quite a bit with CSS.

    Hey!

You are going to need to hire a freelance developer on Envato Studio or Codeable for that kind of customization as it is beyond the scope of support we can provide. You can also request quote from WerkPress.
