Dear forum,
I think, I have a mind loop…..I want a horizotal scrollable menu with pictures. Like the accordion slider. This should only show 3 or 4 entries. Then I can move horizontally to the next 3 or 4 entries.
Is that possible?I also like to take another solution, dear Enfold Team.

I’m not sure if it’s what you are looking for, but maybe you could try the Content Slider element? If that won’t do what you want then please link to an example so we can get a better idea of what you are looking to achieve.

see demopicture. The accordion slider contains many pictures (14). To much. I would like to have 7 pictures now, slide sidewarts, again 7 pictures.- This reply was modified 6 years, 4 months ago by SDUS.
August 1, 2018 at 3:04 pm #992437Hi,
Thanks for the clarification, though there’s nothing like that in the theme unfortunately. You could try to copy the element shortcode into a content slider, I’m not sure if it will work though. If you want to try then you need to activate debug mode in order to see builder shortcodes: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode

many thanks for the perfect idea! I have test it.
It does not work perfectly. When I add the content “shortcode accordionslider”, the contentslider shows contentslider2 under the contentslider1. I see both in the frontend at the same time. In this moment I cant slide sidewarts and the autorotation does not work.
(If I add text only, the contenslider works fine).
I think, I must only add a snippet of php code to the functions.php to resolve this problem. But which?August 2, 2018 at 1:57 pm #992876Hi,
Thanks for the feedback, I think you will need quite heavy customisations if you want to get this working unfortunately. Where can we see the results you got?

August 3, 2018 at 8:35 am #993099Hi,
Thanks for that, doesn’t all that good unfortunately :/
Maybe you could try the full width slider? I’m really just shooting from the hip here to be honest with you :-)

RikardAugust 3, 2018 at 2:37 pm #993276Hi Rikard,
the fullwidthslider cant handle the shortcodes. :-(
I have tested another way:
I put each accordion slider on a separate page. Then I included these pages with “pagecontent”. And then I included this shortcode of “pagecontent” in the “Contentslider”.
But the result is the same – seeing both sliders simultaneously.August 7, 2018 at 10:55 am #994315Hi SDUS,
Those elements are not really built to be nested and css and JavaScript conflicts will not allow those.
You might want to look for some plugin or rethink your page design making it more straightforward and not so complicated. If you need further assistance please let us know.
Best regards,
