    Hello, I’m new to enfold and I managing a website already made with Enfold which has some problems.
    The horizontal gallery element allows to add images the first time but not in second edit, the media screen is empty.

    product example:

    Affettatrice Berkel modello L rossa per il mercato Italiano

    Please help!

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. I see the same problem on your site, but I can’t reproduce the problem on a local installation. What happens if you disable all plugins in order to check for a conflict coming from any of them?

    Hi Rikard,
    I found immediately the faulty plugin

    Enhanced Media Library

    We use it because we need an image categorization…
    Can you do anything to fix compatibility?
    Any other suggestion?

    Hi,

    Unfortunately, there isn’t much we can do in troubleshooting third-party plugin compatibility. This is only because there are far too many plugins to account for ever conflict. If there are other categorization plugins, then perhaps they will work conflict free.
