Hello,
My name is Francesco and I recently bought and installed a Enfold Theme for a school website.
Sometimes when a new user get to the homepage, where there is a background video, the browser seems to load the video twice and play it above the navabar in a small centered window, while keeping the preloader icon spinning and the background black.
Is there anything we can do to fix this?Thanks

It seems that is working better now, but we still see something like this (see link:https://drive.google.com/open?id=1LglZXYZgiVR_8_x5UCB3KbA41cOp5AId) when reloading the page.
We can not understand why the two preloaders and the grey bar on top.Thanks

Here is the code you can put in Enfold > General Styling > Quick Css, if it does not work, put into themes/enfold/css/custom.css

Now it is working correctly. I have noticed though that the homepage has now thin grey bar at the top and bottom (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1bOw9C2dYP0TjYOjcuCePufPmqeXzRvsY/view?usp=sharing) is there any way we can make it a full screen without the bars?

I have logged out and tried with different browser but I keep having the small grey bar at the top, and bottom of the page.

I see you added the code, but changed the max-height to 105%, is that intentional or by mistake?

Yes, I tried to change it to see if by increasing the height the grey bars would disappear.Regards
