    Hi, I installed and configured Enfold and was quite satisfied with it. A few hours later I see an empty homepage and a plugin that doesn’t work anymore. I deactivated all plugins (and activated), I emptied the cache, I put the code as you suggested at the bottom of the functions.php but I still don’t see the result. Could you please help out? It is a multisite constellation and I was working on a testsite.

    The theme is not even active, could you activate it so that we can have a closer look please?

    Hi Rikard, it wasn’t active on the network. but active on the /testsitecs. I adjusted it to network active. Same problem. Would you please take a look now?

    Hi Dagmar,

    Ok, thanks for the info. I’m not sure what is going on but you are getting a 500 internal server error on that site, maybe you could contact your hosting provider to see if they know what is going wrong?

    Hi Rikard, I don’t get that 500 error. And when I go to clubsensubs.nl/testsitecs/bestelinformatie I see content. No footer, no google maps. Home is the same thing, no slider, no footer, no images.

    We checked the site today but the enfold theme is deactivated. Which one is the home page? Please activate Enfold then we’ll check it again.

    Hi Ismael, thanks for your attention on this one. As I mentioned before, it is a multisite setup and the theme Enfold is active on the one in Private content box.

    PS: Homepage slider does’nt work
    Footer does’nt work
    And it neutralized the order plugin wppizza, which is the main feature and purpose of this site.
    All the rest looks really nice though

    Hi,

    Did you modify any of the theme files? Please check if the footer.php file is intact. Or post the FTP details here so that we can check the issue further.
