Hi support team,
While loading my start side the start side stays not at the top but is jumping to “Herzlich Willkommen”.
This is only happening with Mozilla Firefox. Chrome and Safari is working fine.Only tested on a my Mac – macIOS Sierra. So not knowing if loading works fine with Windows.
Could you have a look why there is the problem with Mozilla.
For secureness, below are my quick CSS’s – may one is causing the problem in Mozilla ?
#menu-item-1254 .avia-menu-text {
color: #36B54A !important;
}@media only screen and (min-width: 768px) {.home .iconbox_content {min-height: 200px;
}}.title_container { margin-top: 10px; !important; }
#top .title_container .container {
min-height: 0px;}#top #wrap_all .header_color .sub_menu ul li a{
color: #cc3333; font-weight: bold;
}#top .sub_menu>ul {
margin-top: 0px;
}.sub_menu>ul>li>a, .sub_menu>div>ul>li>a {
font-weight: bold !important;
font-size: 14px;
}#footer { padding: 0; margin-top: 250px; }
#footer .widget { padding: 0; margin: 10px 0 10px 0; }Cheers

September 8, 2017 at 7:34 am #849444Hey Marco,
I get the same results on my end, did you try to remove all your custom CSS and disable all plugins to see if there is conflict coming from any of them?
Best regards,
RikardSeptember 8, 2017 at 9:21 am #849493Hi Rikard,
Thanks for your quick reply.
Just removed first all quick CSS, cleared the cache in Mozilla, restarted Mozilla: unfortunatelly problem remains.
Then disabled all plugins: No luck, problem remains.Any idea?
Thanks
Marco
September 8, 2017 at 12:29 pm #849560Hi,
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

September 11, 2017 at 2:45 am #850275Hi,
Thank you for the update.
I’m not sure why it behaves like that yet. What happens if you remove the gallery at the very bottom of the page?
Best regards,
IsmaelSeptember 11, 2017 at 10:36 am #850406Hi,
Unfortunately no change. Frontside is still loading incorrectly in Mozilla.
Regards,
MarcoSeptember 11, 2017 at 2:54 pm #850526Hi,
I tried some changes on the frontside and solved the issue.
I deleted the quick CSS @media only screen and (min-width: 768px) {.home .iconbox_content {min-height: 200px;
}}. Furthermore I substituted the three text content boxes sittung below the three youtube films ( end of frontpage ) from the layout grid section to normal layout text block.( I changed the Maximum Container width to 97 PCT as well. )
Could you check if homepage is running fine on all browsers on your side as well?
Thanks
Marco
September 11, 2017 at 6:53 pm #850628Hi Marco,
I get the jumping effect in FF on a Mac, still unfortunately. There are no errors in the script, could very much be a conflict with the iframe and the its content.
You can make a copy of the page, building it part by part, not all at once, and pay attention, when the weird jump appears.

September 12, 2017 at 8:54 am #850871Thanks.
Is there a chance to further determine the problem?
After my changes the issue is fixed now on my Mac using Mozilla Firefox. I’m using a MacBook Pro (Retina 13 Zoll, beginning 2015), Sierra 10.12.6..
Homepage is running fine on my Android mobile as well. Checked that with browser MF.
But on my colleague’s laptop, using a Macbook Air, the frontside is still jumping on MF while loading.
Is the side loading fine on your side using MF on a Window’s PC?
What could cause this strange behaviour? Any further idea?
Thanks.

September 12, 2017 at 1:54 pm #850992Hi Marco,
You can try to upload a fresh copy of the themes css and js files, flush the caches and see if the issue remains.

VictoriaSeptember 13, 2017 at 9:04 am #851445Hi,
Before checking this may there be an issue with the scroll top link? Becaus this scroll to top link is popping nearby the frontside is jumping to while loading. Is this positioned correctly between container and flex column?
Further details see below.Thanks

September 14, 2017 at 8:15 am #851898Hi,
I checked the site on Windows Firefox. Unfortunately, I can still reproduce the issue. This is not happening on our demos and local installation so it’s most likely related to a plugin or a custom modification in the theme. Where did you get the gallery script?
Best regards,
IsmaelSeptember 14, 2017 at 11:52 am #852003Some days ago I already deactivated all plugins but issue remained. So more a theme issue?
Which gallery do you mean exactly?Beneath plugins amendments were only done with above mentioned quick CSS.
Thanks.

September 14, 2017 at 4:34 pm #852164Hi,
Maybe an important point…….
Wordpress section ” plugin updates “: There is shown that 1 update is available but looking into that there is no plugin that can be updated.
I have layerslider WP shown in the dashboard. There are updates outstanding. Think this is bundled in the theme so I can not do any updated as I have no purchase code.
The LayerSlider WP included old images which are not used on the frontside. Deleted those images. I’m using since the beginning the layer slider from the Avia Layout Architect.
May the possibility that there is a LayerSlider WP update causes any issues? How could that be fixed?
Many thanks.

September 15, 2017 at 10:00 am #852439Hi,
Some days ago I already deactivated all plugins but issue remained. So more a theme issue?
Which gallery do you mean exactly?I was referring to the 360 gallery. Where did you get the script? Is it OK if we deactivate the plugins while working on the site?
Best regards,
IsmaelSeptember 15, 2017 at 5:24 pm #852605The 360 tour is provided by OGULO. We only inserted the iframe.
About which period of time are we talking for deactivating the plugins?
Thanks
MarcoSeptember 16, 2017 at 7:00 am #852819Hi,
We will deactivate it for a moment, check the page again then activate it if we don’t find anything.
Best regards,
IsmaelSeptember 16, 2017 at 8:36 am #852836ok, that’s fine for me. Keep me updated asap.

September 16, 2017 at 5:45 pm #852898Hi,
Additional information in .htaccess. Please see below private content for further details.
May these causes problems, e.g. with running plugins?
Thanks.
