Hi,
The homepage slider was displaying images and text correctly, but for a few weeks it has not been displaying them at all on our website CCFHH.org. I haven’t updated the theme or my version of wordpress, unless it updated automatically, so I don’t think that’s the source of the issue. The image and caption is showing up on the back end, but not the front. We need our homepage to be displaying correctly!!

WordPress did update automatically because you are using the latest version.
So please update the theme to the latest version. That should fix any issues you are currently experiencing :)
