I am showing the last x posts on the homepage at http://www.newlyswissed.com. For some off reason, their order is no longer chronological. As you can see in the screenshot, the problem appears to be with the posts on the right-hand side.
My developer has looked into this and has concluded that it is a theme issue. Could you check it out and let me know how to fix it? Many thanks!

I can’t reproduce those results on my end, please see screenshot: https://imgur.com/a/LxikUtv

RikardMay 23, 2020 at 3:06 pm #1215489Please have another look now. (I must have been playing around right when you checked, but I have since reverted back to the setup which is causing the sort order issue).
May 25, 2020 at 5:27 am #1215953Hi,
Thanks for the update, I see the problem now on my end as well. What happens if you delete the cache from your caching plugin, or disable the plugin?
Best regards,
RikardMay 25, 2020 at 9:58 am #1216062Got it! We have just purged the cache yet the problem still persists.
May 25, 2020 at 7:21 pm #1216250Hi cyrilrteam,
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

Thanks for giving us admin access.
It’s fixed, the setting in your Masonry was set to Flexible Masonry which will not force every grid with equal height so I just changed it to Perfect Grid and it worked well.Best regards,
NikkoMay 26, 2020 at 9:41 pm #1216694Hi Nikko,
I’m sorry to say that we got this far as well. We figured out that by changing the grid setting, the sort order was fixed. However, our feature images are cropped to show a lot more image, and the current setting with the 16×10 or 16×12 format of feature pictures does not work for us.Is there any way you can revert to the layout we had before, but have the order chronological?
Thanks in advance!
DimitriJune 1, 2020 at 3:52 am #1218308Hi Dimitri,
I apologize for the delayed response.
I have set it back to its original settings and added this CSS code in Quick CSS:#top .av-masonry-entry figcaption.av-inner-masonry-content { height: 190px !important; }
Everything is now in its correct order.
Best regards,
