Homepage Not Updating Anything (all other pages update)

Hi,
Enfold does not seem to be showing my content updates any more.

I’ve updated our website including changes to the footer widgets, top navigation menus and content on the homepage and other pages.

All other pages show my updates EXCEPT THE HOMEPAGE. Absolutely no changes show on the homepage. (Though other pages content inside would not update either, unless I replaced them with a new version of that page. So I have also tried replacing the homepage with a new homepage in Enfold Theme settings to force update it, but that is not working either). It seems to be completely stuck on anything for homepage.

Also when logged in to the browser, the changes appear to be made. But when logged out of WP they are not made.

I am not using any caching plugin and I have disabled all plugins – no change.

I have completely cleared all my browser caches many times – no change.

I’m on the latest version of WP and Enfold.

What can be done? Website info included privately.
