    Hey all,
    I have a very strange behavior on the website since yesterday.
    Every time I want to access the homepage, I am redirected to the custom 404 page.
    Under “Design”->”Customizer”->”Homepage” I have already changed the homepage several times, but it doesn’t change anything.
    Under “Pages” I have also entered the corresponding page as homepage in the quickedit and even if I edit the page, the path “localhost/wordpress” (root directory) is displayed.
    Last but not least I have set the page as homepage under “Settings”->”read”…

    I initially imported a demo and edited it. Then when I wanted to see again how a page of the demo (which I have already deleted) was implemented, I exported my settings, re-imported the demo and re-imported the theme settings.
    Since then the homepage of the imported demo was constantly the homepage and that could not be changed. I then deleted the imported homepage and since then I get the 404 error.

    Please help :)

    Hey clause2,

    Did you check your settings for the custom 404 page in the theme options? Make sure that your home page is not set there. Also please try activating each option and make sure no page is selected in either state.

    Hey Rikard,

    i just checked and can confirm that it was not set there.
    I changed some options and changed it back again and then it worked …
