Hello, as I mentioned on this topic I am having issues with my homepage slider which after the latest update is not showing.
I have de-activated all plugins, cleared cache and refreshed using Chrome Incognito but homepage is still empty(slider images missing).
I applied the temporary jQuery fix into the functions-enfold.php file but obviously we need a real fix for this one.May 4, 2016 at 11:38 pm #627554I am also having the same problem. Several of my pictures are missing. I’ve followed advice from two weeks back and followed temporary JQuery functions fix, but it’s still not working.
Yes, everything is updated, caches cleared etc etc. Getting a bit fed up of this to be honest. Please help me get my website back

May 5, 2016 at 1:34 pm #627806Hey!
@donis – “Your access to this site has been limited”. We are not able to view your website. Also, please note that code should be added to functions.php file and not functions-enfold.php file.
@cactusjoose You are currently using an older version of the theme (3.0.4). Please update Enfold to the latest version 3.5.4 – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/ and flush browser cache and refresh your page a few times – http://wiki.scratch.mit.edu/wiki/Hard_Refresh
@qtinfo Glad it is working fine for you. Let us know if you have any other questions or issues!Regards,
YigitMay 5, 2016 at 5:21 pm #627923Thank you Yigit.
When I go to Enfold Theme Update it says no updates available. Why is this?
On my Dashboard it also says Themes are up-to-date. Is this a problem at my server end and therefore something I need to address using an FTP client?
Help appreciated.

May 5, 2016 at 5:52 pm #627934Hi,
Please try this plugin to clear WordPress transients if you do not receive auto updates and make sure your API key is correct: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/.
If it does not help, I am afraid you might need to update the theme manually – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Unfortunately not all Server environments are able to make use of the auto update feature provided by ThemeForest :/
Best regards,

Please try to login once more and let me know.May 6, 2016 at 12:02 pm #628234Hey!
I can see that every element on your website is working totally fine. Fix provided is a solid one and you probably will not need it when WordPress releases an update in future.
Cheers!
YigitMay 6, 2016 at 7:45 pm #628444Does that mean you suggest to keep this fix and wait for a future WP update in order to remove it?
I’m asking because “you” said that Enfold latest version will provide a global fix so we don’t have to use the hack.May 10, 2016 at 6:55 am #629644Hi,
This is a temporary solution until all deprecated functions brought by the latest jquery update has been fixed or replaced. Anyway, we deactivate the script, remove the cache and re-minify the scripts, the slider in the home page is still working. Is this issue happening on a particular page?
Best regards,
