This issue exists *only* on the homepage… when attempting to edit, the Avia Layout Builder will not load – the spinning circle just lingers, nor will it allow me to bring up the default editor.
Any ideas as to why this may be happening?

1. Try increasing the memory allocated to PHP (at least 128M):
https://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP2. Disable all third-party plugins and check if it gets fixed.
