Hi!
All of a sudden my Homepage only shows it’s colour and no content at all… I didn’t change anything on my homepage… What has happened and what can I do about it?
Thanks!
Welmoed

Thanks for getting in touch with us!
Try deactivating all plugins and clearing your browser’s cache, then reload the page to see if the content appears. Also if you have added any custom code recently or made any other changes, please let us know.
if the above does not help, could you please provide login details to your site, so that we can have a closer look. You can place the information in the Private Content section of your reply.
Regards,
JordanApril 14, 2016 at 5:24 pm #614129Thanks for getting back to me! I emptied the browser’ cache, didn’t do the trick. Then deactivated all plugins, didn’t do the trick. Then again emptied the browser’s cache, also didn’t do the trick :-(
I’d be very happy if you could have a look please! I provided your login details in the Private Content section.
The only thing I did is adding a LeadPage to my website and messing around with .com/free-webinars / .com/freewebinar / .com/freewebinar, but that has nothing to do with the home page. I have a video up on my site that people can watch (replay of a webinar), but that’s basically code referring to a video that’s hosted on YouTube. These things shouldn’t have caused this issue I guess :-)
I tried putting the homepage into Draft mode and then publishing it again, that also didn’t help.
Thanks!
April 15, 2016 at 2:43 am #614510Hey!
You are currently using an older version of the theme. Please update Enfold to the latest version 3.5.2 – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/ and flush browser cache and refresh your page a few times – http://wiki.scratch.mit.edu/wiki/Hard_Refresh
Cheers!
YigitApril 15, 2016 at 1:34 pm #614783Ah might that cause my whole homepage to not really show? Wow, ok. I downloaded the newest version, and then installed that, but I got the message that the destination folder already exists. How do I replace the old Enfold version with the new one without causing this “destination folder already exists” problem?
April 15, 2016 at 1:45 pm #614793Hey!
Please try overwriting theme files via FTP – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Cheers!
