    hi,

    this is really weird…
    The avia layout builder can’t be loaded (spinning circle) for the Editor, AND, ONLY happening on the Homepage (set in the Enfold panel)

    Admin – Everything works fine
    Editor – Avia builder can’t be loaded Only on Homepage (set in the Enfold panel) , all other pages work fine

    we fixed it by duplicating a new Homepage, but why is this happening??

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • the URL to the login screen
    • a valid username (with full administration capabilities)
    • as well as a password for that username.

    Hi,

    We are not sure what caused the issue but it seems to be working now. We also tested this on our installation and the editor was able to modify pages created by the admin.

    hi,
    did you test this issue on “the homepage created by the admin” on your installation? This issue only occurs on the homepage for the editor, all other pages work fine.

    Hi,

    I tested it on my installation and it works fine for me.

    There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:
