    I am changing my website homepage, and adding:

    1. A Fullwidth Easy Slider – problem is I have a very thin black line above and below the video.

    2. Color Sections – with just an image, that uses Parallax. The problem is no matter what resolution I upload the images, they are pixelated, and blurry.

    I have been using this template for 9 months and wordpress for 2 years but can’t seem to figure out these two issues.

    Hi, we are going live with a new homepage on Monday. I was hoping to resolve the parallax problem, but I actually believe it is an image issue too so not sure what we are going to put on the homepage. Please let me know if the new login/pw info I sent you is working. Thanks!

    Hi!

    The parallax image looks good, not pixelated. Are you checking this on a retina display? Mind sending a screenshot? Regarding the video, I checked it on youtube and it has borders by default so you have to edit it again. Make sure that the aspect ratio is 16:9. A freelance video editor in this case will help.     Thank you for the video info. We figures out the resolution of the image in Parallax issue.
