Homepage 404?

Hi,
Something is very weird here… I get a 404 on my homepage.

In Settings-> Read : I have set the homepage on the Static page “Home” the slug is home.
When I go to the website, my homepage gives a 404

In ‘Pages’-> permalinks = correct http://www.nieuwesite.car-consultancy.com/
But page shows 404

The url is http://www.nieuwesite.car-consultancy.com
The correct url of the page i called home is: http://www.nieuwesite.car-consultancy.com/index.php/home

(index.php is because it’s a windows server, it’s not nice but I don’t thinks it has anything to do with this issue, because other pages are working fine)

Anyone knows what to do?
