ClaudiaJanuary 21, 2017 at 11:55 pm #736868Hi Claudia!
We can see a page when loading the web site.
Can you please explain us exactly what is not loading or what we should be seen when loading the site? Thanks a lot for your explanation
Cheers!
BasilisJanuary 22, 2017 at 12:04 pm #736946Hi Basilis,
I know. After several times of saving, you can see in the list of revisions, the page is displayed in the correct way. But yesterday, sometimes the page was empty, sometimes the width was wider than defined. I try to change to Standard Editor and back to Avia Editor and saved than. Moved Text-Modul out of Layout-Modul and back again. At the end it works, but never had such experience with Enfold.
Don’t know why the page wasn’t saved correctly. Do you have an idea what could be the reason for such issues?Claudia
January 22, 2017 at 11:42 pm #737038Hi!
The issue seems to be with the saving.
Please make sure that php memory limit is set to 256M
which will confirm that everything is working fine. Thanks a lot
Regards,
BasilisJanuary 23, 2017 at 12:09 am #737043Hi Basilis,
thanks for answer. PHP-Info says: memory_limit 256M 256M
So this couldn’t be a reason. Any Other possible causes?Claudia
January 25, 2017 at 8:01 pm #738546Hi,
Sorry for the late reply!
I was checking your site and homepage seems to load fine on the back end? Have you figured it out already?
If not, can you please load the latest working revision? That issue is also caused by wrongly opened/closed HTML tags. Please make sure that is not the caseBest regards,
YigitJanuary 26, 2017 at 1:06 am #738672Hi Yigit,
thank for your answer. It’s really curios. Today the Home is empty again. Possible I explained not clear enough. If you open the page home in the frontend, there is no content. If you open in Backend, there are all modules. Why are they didn’t displayed?
Can’t find the reason. Thanks for help
ClaudiaJanuary 26, 2017 at 1:47 pm #738907Hi Yigit,
in addition to my post yesterday. Looks like there is a connection to polylang. If I disable Polylang, the Home will be displayed properly. Found some other Tickets for Polylang this month, but not solution. Can you help?Checked also all HTML tags in all Modules of this page, can’t identify wrongly opened/close tags :-(
Thanks
ClaudiaJanuary 26, 2017 at 2:09 pm #738929addition again ;-)
Looks like found out the solution. As far as I remember I had set in Customizer the Front Page to “Home”, but today I noticed there was set no page. In the Front Page Settings of Enfold, there was set “Home”. Now I have 2 questions:
– Are there any know issues with seting Front Page and Polylang?
– Is this a special situation with Polylang or do I have set Front Page Settings always in Enfold and in Customizer? Thanks

I’ve not heard of any issues with that plugin and theme, did what you described above help though?
Best regards,
RikardJanuary 27, 2017 at 10:23 am #739298Hi Rikard,
as far as I understand, if you set Frontpage Settings of Enfold it’s not necessary to set this also in Customizer. But with Polylang it’s necessary. I test this and can replicate. You can check with credentials above.Claudia
January 31, 2017 at 7:52 pm #740849Hi,
one thing you need to keep in mind when working with multilanguage plugins is that you need to make all your adjustments for every language you’re using.
By the way we recommend to work with WPML, as it’s fully compatible with Enfold.
If you experience any issues with Polylang, then best to reach Polylang support team about it.
Best regards,
Andy -
