Hello,
I’ve used Enfold on a couple of different sites so far and love it. The issue I’m running across on my latest project is that I need a full-screen video on the home page. I added a full-width easy slider to my page and the video plays full-width, but there are dark gray bars that go across the top of the video and beneath it–between the video and the menu bar as well as between the video and the footer.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for using Enfold :-)
Could you post a link to where we can see the problem you are having please?

Unfortunately, I can’t as the site isn’t live and the one way to get there is by altering your hosts file. However, I can post a screenshot or two if that would be helpful. I’ll add a link in the Private Content area.May 29, 2020 at 5:03 am #1217571Hi Mike,
Thanks for the screenshot, it’s almost impossible for us to help you out unless we can actually inspect the page to see what needs to be removed or altered though. Could you upload the site to a live server somewhere maybe?
Best regards,

I’ve attached in the private content area all of the information needed to access the site, as well as making you an admin account for the site.
June 7, 2020 at 6:06 am #1220135Hi,
Thanks for that. I can’t access the login page though. When going to the URL you posted then the /wp-admin/ page doesn’t work, and the IP address only show a blank page with the text “Success”. How can we access the site?

The IP address line I sent in my previous post needs to be added to your computer’s hosts file. That will redirect the URL in that line to the IP: https://www.howtogeek.com/howto/27350/beginner-geek-how-to-edit-your-hosts-file/
June 11, 2020 at 12:02 am #1221464Hello,
I just wanted to check and see if this had been looked into any further.
Thank you.June 16, 2020 at 9:31 am #1222939Hi,
Sorry for the delay. Is there a staging or development version of the site that we can access without changing anything on our machine?
To resize the video, edit the slide, go the Styling > Video Settings, the set the Video Size to the second option. This option will force the video to stretch if necessary and cover the slider container.

I deleted the entire slider and rebuilt it with only changing the setting you suggested and that worked perfectly. Thank you!
