Home Page Shows 404 Error

Our Home page is showing a 404 error. We hope that you can help determine why.

2. Here are the setting showing that we have set the “Home” page to in fact be the home page when you go to http://23.235.201.84/: http://prntscr.com/4us4lw

4. We have even tried making other pages the home page. But when we go to http://23.235.201.84/, we get a 404 page.
Can you determine why this is happening and what we need to do about it?
Please note that we are only using http://23.235.201.84/ until the site is completed. Then we will be using http://www.chalreseliassalon.com.
