I use Polylang to include translations/English pages (default language is German). I’ve added translated pages (simply copied the original content for later translation in on the translation page) for each page/portfolio entry, but the home page does not work. It does not show the design and content I have set. Do you have an idea where my mistake is?

Thank you for the inquiry.
Did you set the front or home page in the Enfold > Theme Options > Frontpage Settings? You can also set a static page as home page in the Settings > Reading panel. Set the Your homepage displays settings to the second option (A static page) and select the appropriate page.

thank you for your quick help. I have already set a static page as home page and defined my home page as it as described. There is also a translated page for the front page, but the English version looks completely different and I have no idea why, because the content is exactly the same. Do you have another idea?
April 19, 2022 at 2:52 pm #1348807One more thing which is puzzling: the English front page displays blog posts and I have no idea why. I have some blog posts but they are not visible anywhere.
April 19, 2022 at 7:46 pm #1348852I have now deinstalled Polylang and installed WPML. It almost works fine, but the full screen slider on the home page is not displayed correctly, but with margins on all sides in the background colour. How can I make a full screen slider like in the default language?
