Updated the theme to v4.2 and now there are two ‘boxes’ (top left and bottom right) that have appeared?
What are these boxes?Thanks
NeilOctober 30, 2017 at 6:47 am #870356Hey Neil,
Unfortunately, I’m not seeing the boxes. Was this already solved? If not, please add a screenshot to so I can see the exact sections you’re concerned about.
Best regards,
Jordan ShannonOctober 30, 2017 at 11:08 am #870404I have tried IE, Chrome and Firefox and I can see the boxes in all browsers. What browser are you using Jordan?
How do I add a screenshot please?
Thank you
NeilOctober 31, 2017 at 12:30 am #870672I have installed a child theme just in case but that has not fixed it. I have also viewed the site in two other PC’s and I can see the boxes on both.
Sorry to ask, but can someone have a look please?
I cannot see anything unusual with the homepage?Update – I have spent a couple of hours on trying to find the problem. It appears that the screen is split into 2 columns now and the video plays on the left of the screen in a small box. I have deleted the full screen slider and recreated a new one. I have also tried the Easy Full Screen Slider and none of them work.
The screen should have centred text with smoke rising from the bottom.
It used to work great before I upgraded the theme.
Thank you

October 31, 2017 at 1:09 am #870679I’m not sure @jordan realised the word Home is actually a link to your website. It seems pretty obvious there is a problem, but I don’t know how to help, sorry.
October 31, 2017 at 5:07 am #870716Hi,
I’m seeing the issue now. If possible, please try disabling all active plugins to rule out any scripting conflict that may have occurred after the update.
Best regards,
Jordan ShannonOctober 31, 2017 at 8:19 am #870782I have exactly the same issue and disabling plugins / cache was not working.
October 31, 2017 at 11:21 am #870800Hi Jordan,
I disabled all plugins but the issue remains.
There is also a cursor ‘timer’ in the centre of the screen so it looks like the theme is trying to load something?
Any help would be greatly appreciated please.
Regards
NeilOctober 31, 2017 at 5:00 pm #870886Hi,
Apologies, that my original suggestion did not work. I found out that this is in fact an ongoing bug that we are trying to fix. Please follow this thread below as it contains a few suggested fixes and solutions that may work until we can address this in an update:

Jordan ShannonOctober 31, 2017 at 8:13 pm #870965Hi Jordan,
Adding the following custom / quick css fixes it…
#top .av-video-slide .mejs-container {
width: 100% !important;
}This I guess is only temporary until the offending script is identified and fixed.
Thanks
