    I tried all the suggestions found in the forum – pages in “reading” settings are not set etc., but as soon as website domain is change (to production domain), the frontpage is not shown (but 404 page).

    Thanks for contacting us and sorry for the late reply!

    I just checked your website and frontpage loads fine on my end. Have you figured it out already?

    On another note, I have noticed that you are currently using an older version of Enfold, 4.7.6.4 which is not compatible with your WordPress version. Please refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/ and update Enfold to the latest version 4.8.1 which is compatible with WP version up to 5.7 :)

    Thx. for checking – actually I set the 404 page for the frontpage “forside”, as I need to show the site to somebody. I changed back to “No Custom Error Page Selected”, and now you see the default 404 on the frontpage. You can see the issue now – weird thing is that changing the site domain back to the one I used to build be page e.g. stresslimit.alphaluxmusic.com (before switching to the production domain stresslimit.dk) it all worked as expected. And switching back to dev. domain makes it work again, without changing anything else.

    Btw. updated both theme and wordpress – issue still there – please check thx :)

    Hi Henrik,

    I’m not sure exactly what is going on there, but the same thing happens if you try to navigate to the permalink of the page in private. Could you try to reset your permalink settings on the other page in private, to see if that helps please? Also make sure that all caches are cleared, or disable your caching plugin.

    Hi Rikard

    I changed the permalink for the page in private to / (still same issue), but changing permalink setting to “Plain”, made it work – then when visiting the home page I see root url with /index.html appended (see private). Switching back to custom or post setting for permalinks causes the issue to come back. I changed site settings to english, to make it easier for you to look. Site is not live yet, so feel free to try things to fix, thx.
