    Hello,
I am at my wits end trying to fix abnormalities at this client website: chicjewelry12.com

I have many Warnings at the bottom, and the slider on the top of the Home page loads on the page oddly. Again, I do not know what to do. I’ve tries many (many) things listed in Support, including checking my .htaccess file (all checks out). I have deleted all content from Widgets, but yet the Warnings still appear at bottom of all pages.

Does Kresi have support to fix my site for a fee? I am at the end here with trying. Thank you.

    Hey cindybird52,

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi,

Thanks for that. I see that the warnings disappear when the parent theme is active, so those might be caused by some customisation in your child theme. Please provide FTP login details in private as well, if you should need any further help.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

I posted a private message with credentials but I’m not seeing it on this thread. Kindly let me know if it didn’t post for some reason and I will repost.

I very much appreciate your help in this issue.

    Hi,

Thanks for the update. I can only see WordPress login details in this thread, please try posting the FTP login details again. Also remember to write something in the public box when posting details in private.

    Hi,

Thanks for the update, I still can’t see any FTP details though. Could you please try to post them again? Also please verify that they are posted by visiting the actual support forum thread afterwards.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

Thank you greatly!!!! I sincerely appreciate your help in this matter.

I see only 1 issue yet, on the Home page only:

Under the Easy Slider, there is a ‘white space only’ delay of 7 seconds BEFORE the 3 Row Items (new arrivals, gifts, clearance) move up (under the slider) to their proper position.

If you tell me how to fix I can try. Originally there was a Full-Page Slider, and I replaced with Easy Slider seeing if it would change but it did not.

I am grateful for all of your assistance.

    Hi,
Thanks for the link to your site, the space under the slider on the homepage was caused by the Smush Pro Lazy Load feature, I have disabled it for your homepage:

If you clear your browser cache and check now the error is corrected. Smush Pro is aware of this issue and has told other users they are working on it, we are not able to correct the plugin error from the theme.

    Best regards,
    Mike

I suspected that may have had something to do with it. This plugin has been nothing but a pain, including its counterpart Hummingbird.

I am forever grateful for ALL of you help! Many “coffees” sent your way.

The support I receive at this forum over the last several years has always been nothing short of OUTSTANDING.

    Thank you!!
