    Unfortunately it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However if its really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)

    Hi Basilis,

    Thanks for the reply. We appreciate all the help we get from this forum.

    But sorry for asking, how can this require more customization, than the help we already got from Team Enfold on terms of customizing the menu-button highlight, when custom menu in sidebar-widget was active?

    Here we got all the help needed from @andy @ismael @rikard in terms of codes for CSS and functions.php etc. Please see here: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/menu-button-highlight-when-custom-menu-active-in-widget/

    So how is this any different?

    Hi,

    You are currently using newsbox widget to display your posts on your sidebar. Since they are not actual pages, currently there is no way for us to target it and to highlight current post on the widget area.

    If we were to change using the newsbox widget, what would you suggest in instead to have it function as described above?

    Hi,

    Thank you for the info. You can replace it with a Custom Menu widget if you need to highlight the active menu item but the navigation will look very different from the current one, there will be no images for example. I can think of a jQuery solution where we can compare the post title and the widget title but the posts are created with the advance layout builder so the default title container is not there.
