Following up on this post.

In addition to that, I would like to move the date up above the title and below the featured image.

Thank you for using Enfold.
The blog layout is not the same as the screenshot. Anyway, please add this in the Quick CSS field if you want to hide the comment count and category info:

Now looking to increase the thumbnail size on the blog layout.
My current thumbnail size is set to 150×100 and images have been regenerated. But I can’t get the blog thumbnails to display them at 150×100.Hi,
