    I am using the latest version of Enfold and would like to hide a color section with video on mobile and tablet screen sizes.

    To achieve this I have gone into the screen Option Tab on the Color Section and ticked the boxes for the screen sizes that I want to hide the section on. This has no effect at all.

    Could you let me know how I get this to work as it is a very useful feature.

    Many thanks,
    Iain

    Hi Mike

    There is also a small space above the full screen video showing a white boarder. Do you know how I can get rid of this space please?

    Thanks,
    Iain

    Hi,
    I’m not sure why the Element Visibility options are not working on your page, I didn’t find any other posts with this issue and didn’t find anything in your css that is conflicting with it. Perhaps try disabling your plugins and custom functions.
    But to solve this issue for you I added this code into your css:

    @media only screen and (max-width: 989px) {
    #hpvideo,.playbutton,.mutebutton {display:none !important;}
    }

    and it seems to be working, Please clear your browser cache and check.

    Best regards,
    Mike

    Hi,

    I see. Is it possible that the bar is apart of the video?

    Best regards,
    Jordan Shannon

    Hello

    No the video does not have a boarder on it. Until a few days ago the video filled the screen correctly.

    There must be something making it have a boarder. The site is ready to go live apart from this so any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Iain
