hide title on mobile and change menu colour

Hi

I have tried to hide the title on a mobile using the following code but it’s not worked

@media only screen and (max-width: 768px) {
.title_container { display: none !important; }}

I have also tried to change the menu colour for mobile and again it’s not worked

I tried to change in the following
