I’d like to hide some post-meta info. Not all of it, but just the author. How can I do that ?

You should go to enfold\includes folder and open loop-index.php file and find these lines in between 150-159 http://i.imgur.com/wJTc1NU.jpg
and comment them out with // as shown here http://i.imgur.com/KGGDUYH.jpgCheers!
