    after have update the last vercion Enfold 4.4 , it does not show the changes made into the site, pages, portfolio article etcc..

    It happens only for some users, but not all users
    it would seem a cache problem but the server employees tell me that the problem in due to the theme…
    Please help me…

    Hey sacha,

    Thank you for using Enfold.

    Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
    In addition to that, please let us know if we are allowed to deactivate one or more of your plugins as well for testing purposes :)

    Hi,

    What specific changes are you trying to make? Are you trying to change the design of the site? A minify plugin is active in your installation. Please make sure to purge the cache or deactivate the plugins (Autoptimize) temporarily. We also deactivated the theme’s css and js compression.

    I have recently changed the grid, but he problem and happened since Iinstalled Enfold 4.4
    I have olready purged the server in each level for caching.
    I now have disabled each plug of optimization, but the problem is the same.
    I continusly made changes about article… put in private, changing words and categories.
    but the changes are not correctly shown on visitors
    I hope you undertand, I Cannot speack english well..
    Please Help me..

    can I sand a link to each visitor? no, so your test does not demonstrate the correct functioning.
    The problem happens to me and other hundreds of user.

    if an user visit the page “Livorno” , and after i made an article ” My article 10 ” end I show it in the same page ” livorno”, when the same user returns, in the page “livorno” cannot see the last article “My Article”

    The same problem is for hundreds of visitors … it is a BIg Problem for me.

    This Problem exists since when I downloaded enfold 4.4

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. It looks like a cache issue based on your description. Please disable the SG Optimizer, Autoptimize and WP-Optimize plugin temporarily then try to publish a new article. Ask your visitors if they can see the new article immediately.

    Yes, right, It looks like a cache Problem…
    I have already disabled each plug in of cache, and ask to the server host, to clean each cache in the server…

    But the problem is the same….

    Is the new article displaying when a default theme (20seventeen, 20sixteen etc) is activated?
