AndyMy issue is that I cannot load avia layout builder. the loading wheel just spins for ever and I can’t actually edit my homepage now . Were you able to edit the media on my homepage now? That’s the only problem I’m having and have had since I purchased your theme weeks ago
If you scroll down on this editing screen you’ll see the avia layout builder continually trying but never loading

Now when I go to my dashboard it’s saying enfold theme is broken! So I’ve reactivated my old free theme accesspresslite. If you can’t fix this theme please refund the $60 purchase cost.

AndyFtp login definitely has not changed. You have the most ftp login. In recent communications it sounded like you were able to login to ftp and reload enfold to my WordPress, I haven’t changed or even logged on to do anything with ftp since then. Did you change anything when you successfully logged in a few days ago?

I really believe you that you did not change the ftp login details. However, they do not work anymore for me. Please check them by yourself and get back to me when we are able to login again.

Can you please try something? Can you please try to delete any of the images in the home page? That’s all I want to do.

too bad your thread’s title is about something else, that’s why it get’s very confusing for us when opening your ticket after 100 of other tickets.
Ask you host how much php memory limit they are using. We recommend to use 256MB.

when php memory limit is increased now then try to delete all theme files again and install a fresh copy from your themeforest account manually: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-over-ftp/
Keep all plugins deactivated while testing.
