I have a shop with your theme Enfold.
When I have installed Redsys checkout payment, the button to accept the payment doesn´t appear, please, do you know why?
Thanks!July 14, 2017 at 5:06 pm #821285Hey squindos,
Where should this button be appearing exactly. It would give me an idea where to start. Also, if this a third-party plugin be sure to report this to their support also so they can offer ideas as well.
Best regards,

If you choose credit card, then, in a new page must appear a button to “Pay with credit card” or “Cancel order” and this buttons doesn´t appear.
Maybe it´s a display:none css but I can´t found…
Please, could you help me?THank you!
July 14, 2017 at 6:03 pm #821327Hi,
This is what I see: https://snag.gy/AcgwEu.jpg
So After RedSys is selected what happens when you move to the next page?

If you click in Ordering, you must see in the next page 2 buttons like in the image attached but You can´t see the buttons…
In this next page, you Proceed to Checkout and you go to the Redsys payment to add your credit card.
Do you understand?
If you need more information, please, let me know. Thanks!

July 16, 2017 at 7:25 pm #822141Hi! Have you find the solution to the problem?
Thanks!July 17, 2017 at 9:08 am #822387Hi,
I inspected the page and nothing appears to be hidden and I don’t see any significant console errors. Where did you pull the screenshot from that actually shows the button?
Also, have you tried to contact RedSys for their insight?
Best regards,

I have installed the redsys plugin in a lot of websites and always works fine…
I think that the problem could be because there are something hiden…
In the image attached I show where the buttoms must be and now there are nothing…
Do you want a FTP access? Thanks!
July 17, 2017 at 9:20 am #822402Hi,
Where is the image from? Is that from a staging environment. And yes, providing wp-admin and ftp access would aid in troubleshooting.
Also even though you have this running on multiple site, RedSys may still be able to offer some valuable insight that could help us here so if at all possible please try to contact them as well.

I have installed in another test website your theme with this plugin and everything is OK, so I don´t know why in this website I found an error.
If you see the imagen attached, the code hide or remove in my website is which is in gray in the inspector.
Do you know which could be the problem? Thanks!
July 17, 2017 at 10:06 am #822460Hi,
Some form inputs may be hidden by default because they are only shown based on the input entered before it. Seeing as how a different install worked, it would be recommended that you look at both installs side by side and see what is the difference between the two. It could be a plugin most likely.
Best regards,
