Hi, after updating our NGINX Server from HHVM v3.9 to v3.12 the Avia Builder can’t be load. The console shows no JS Errors so I guess it must be your module. As WordPress completely works on HHVM except your builder, is anything known to this issue?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hey convecto,

Please send us a temporary admin login so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply. You might have some luck following the suggestions listed here: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/my-enfold-layout-builder-is-not-loading-properly/

    Hi,

I logged to your site and Avia Builder is loading, did you manage to get this resolved?

    Best regards,

That’s strange. I tried it in several browsers and PCs and the builder still is empty. I can see the Avia Layout Architect on top of the edit field but the field with the page elements itself still is empty.

Here in our office the problem is easy reproducable.

    Hi,

Is this happening on a specific Page?

    Best regards,

    Hi Josue,

that’s strange. When I now open a page (e.g. “Home”) the Avia builder loads normally, but the page is empty. When you go to preview you can see that the page isn’t empty at all. So it seems that the page doesn’t get data. It’s the same with the standard editor so it’s not a bug of your theme.

I have no idea where to start from here ;-). Thanks a lot so far!!

    Best regards, Julian

I created a hidden page “Test” where you can test what happens. It seems to be a Avia Builder Problem. When I save standard text I can edit again. When I save some content with Avia Builder it’s gone after saving it and the editor is empty then. You can test by yourself if you want to.

    Best Regards, Julian

    Hi,

Seems to be a compatibility issue with that version of HHVM, i’ll tag Kriesi to this thread but please note that HHVM is not officially supported so i can’t assure you this is going to get fixed (i’d suggest you downgrading to a working version in the meantime).

    Best regards,
    Josue

Yep, I guess I have to even though the old version is not supported anymore. Hope I find another solution.

    Thanks again!

    Julian
