Hello,
Our webmaster called me in a panic this morning. The homepage of our site isn’t working. Everything else appears fine, but only the footer is displaying on the home page. When I went in and made a small change to the page, it loaded properly in my browser, but still isn’t working/reflecting that change anywhere else.
We’ve been using Enfold on our site for several months now, with no problems.
Could you please advise?
ETA: The links to the articles on our blog, listed under “News,” are not working either. Clicking them is redirecting to our homepage, rather than the article.

Please try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps. If not, please create a temporary admin login and post it here privately.

We’ve deactivated all plugins, and now things seem to be working. Most of the plugins we are using are essential to the site, and none are newly added. Should we reactivate them one by one, and remove the one causing the issue?
If it’s an essential one, can we just reinstall it and it “right itself,” or should we look for a new plugin for that function?

Exactly. But you are using an older version of WordPress and the theme. New version of plugin might be causing the issue. In that case i would recommend you to contact plugin authors and request an earlier version of the plugin, update both WordPress and Enfold or try to find a new plugin with same functionality :)
