Hi Victoria,

Sure, I can’t edit pages. I get the error shown in the video – critical error. So it was suggested that I upgrade my version so I tried to do that, and I get the error shown in the video. Its been maddening. All I want to do is update pages in this theme.

I am getting the same result. Please share FTP credentials and confirm that you have a full website backup ready, and you’re running php7+.

Also, please click “Edit Page” the error we see is something not referenced in any support documentation.
