I’m about at my wits end with trying all the various gallery options available… every one I’ve tried has some kind of deal breaker or limitation that won’t end up working for me.
What I want is pretty simple – I’m creating a sales page where I want four images in a row of books I have for sale, with a title above and a description below each image. In this row of four columns, I’d like it to be responsive, so it goes to a row of two images on mobile for example.
I like how the images appear when I set them up in a ‘Gallery,’ but there is no place to add a title and description that appears above and below the images. Is this possible with custom code by chance?
I created my own table from scratch, actually two tables so it appears correctly on mobile (with the titles and descriptions above/below the image), but can’t seem to get them to line up in a row of four on desktop.
I have thought about installing a gallery plug-in, but my fear is that I will end up installing six or more and none of them will actually have the simple features I need either!
Could you please look at what I have and advise?
October 5, 2018 at 3:58 am #1018095Hi again,
Just bumping this up since it’s been over 24 hrs… Was hoping to have a solution soon so I can move forward. Thanks!October 5, 2018 at 7:59 pm #1018346I’m really anxious for help on this… please see page I referred to. I also added a table element.
So there are three versions of the books displayed with problems with each… would like insights on these three options/issues:First is the Gallery Element – is there a way for me to add a title above and description below these gallery images? That would be my first choice, I like the zoom in effect the images have.
Second is the Table Element I added – this works OK, but when it’s responsive it only allows room for one book, not two side by side, and I have to put the title, image and description all in one cell for it to line up right.
Third is my Homemade Table – I like how this turned out on mobile, but how can I get all four books to line up in a row on desktop?

Unfortunately thee is no solution to be done with Enfold and that is why there is also no reply from our side..
Best regards,
BasilisOctober 8, 2018 at 8:37 pm #1019209I guess I should have been more clear – I’m trying to find one of the multiple gallery or table element options within the ENFOLD THEME to achieve the goal I described above.
Based on what I tried, I haven’t been able to find a combination of features that results in it actually being responsive (stacking the columns properly), even though the table element has a check box to make it ‘responsive’ (it doesn’t, actually).
I’m asking here, because I’m looking for suggestions from folks who know the enfold theme options better than I do (the support team), or may know of some custom code I can add to make one of the options I shared above work. Based on the many hours I’ve already put into this, the three options I shared above were as close as I could get to what I wanted, but each had a deal breaker (a problem that the help of support could likely easily solve)?
There have been a couple times I have unknowingly asked questions that were outside the realm of what support offers (I understand there are limits), but I always received a response telling me so and where to look for help – it has never been a reason to actually leave my question unreplied to for several days. The support team here over-all has really gone above and beyond to help me set up my site’s new design with enfold (certainly some folks more than others).
What I’ve asked above actually IS Enfold related, and I would love to get some assistance on it! :)

Could you please attach a mockup of what you’re trying to achieve?
You can use the masonry gallery with products, there you have images and captions.

VictoriaOctober 10, 2018 at 3:26 pm #1019971The page in question is already mentioned in the PC in the initial post above.
From what I understand, the Masonry Gallery is for displaying posts? I don’t see an option to just put in a row of images with titles above, descriptions below, and no outbound links – in a way that is also responsive.
Looking forward to more insight on this.
Thanks.October 12, 2018 at 8:08 pm #1020809Hi Moondreamer21,
Well, products can be shown in the masonry. It can be one row, but it does not have an option to show title on top and description at the bottom. So you might need to have a custom component created, but that is out of the scope of our support.
Best regards,
