When I activate Contact Form 7, all the elements turn into text bullet points.
This happens with a few other plugins too.
Can somebody help me fix this problem or know what is wrong?

Please try to increase the allocated php memory. http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP – set it to 128M
