Help Website Enfold-Theme

Dear Support Team,

My name is Daniela Watzke and I currently look after the website of Hernn Axel Wohlfahrt “axel-immobilien-paraguay.com”.
In 2013, Mr. Wohlfahrt had a web designer redesign the page with the Enfold Theme 3.2.1. The child theme has been adapted very individually. At the time Hoster Host Europe offered php5.6 support. At the end of 2017 I took over the care. Until the change in October 2018 at Host Europe on php 7.2, the site was excellent. After switching to php7.2 the page was only white. It’s not in the right design yet. A short-term other website support has activated a different theme, but that’s not the answer, as any customizations are missing.

Since we can not connect to the original web designer anymore to upgrade and I read in the forum that you need the newer version of the Enfold theme, here’s my question:

If we buy the Enfold Theme 4.0.5 again, can you help me with the setup? And can you use the “old (customized)” child version to make the page look like it was before the crash or do you have to reprogram everything? Because I’m not a php programmer and have very little idea of ​​what to do in certain scripts.
