    Before I manually updated the theme via FTP, I made a copy of the current loaded the 3.4.3

    Then I uploaded the updated 3.4.5 and after the update was completed, I went to my site and the homepage is completely gone, just posts showing up in a grid form.

    What is even more strange is that I re uploaded the original 3.4.3 theme but it did not resolve the issue.

    The last time I checked my site, earlier today, it was working fine, all I did was add one new post.

    When I log in and go to the homepage page, all the design is there, its just when I view the site, it is not.

    Ideas?

    UPDATE, I re installed 3.4.3 and home page is back. Considering to try manual upload of 3.4.5 again unless other advice comes down the pipeline from here.

    Well , it must have been a bad install, I re installed 3.4.5 manually and this time it worked, phew…

    Hi,

    Great, glad you got it working. Next time, please try to clear your browser and reload a few times to see if that helps.
