    I just udpated my enfold theme due to an error I was seeing in the menus – I followed your instructions, and uploaded the theme via ftp. I am now getting an error on the site that says:

    Broken Themes
    The following themes are installed but incomplete. Themes must have a stylesheet and a template.
    Name Description
    Enfold Child The parent theme is missing. Please install the “enfold” parent theme.

    What do I do to fix this? I seem to have lost the child theme in the options: http://imgur.com/ICzvHc9 and even though the theme is installed (I see it in the ftp files) as is my child theme, I can’t access them in the wp admin. HELP!

    Hi Munford!

    Please make sure to upload Enfold parent theme as well. Child theme does not work without parent theme.

    I have uploaded the enfold theme twice via ftp – not the child theme…that was still installed and I was only updating the parent theme. It shows up in my themes, as you can see in the image, but the child theme is not there, even though they are both in my theme folder (ftp).
    I can restore my site, but I’d like to try to fix the error on my menus, and be able to update enfold in the future, of course.

    OK I had to get back to work so I reverted to a backup but if anyone has a fix for the errors above please take a look. I will try again…

    I did not figure out how to solve it so I reverted to a back-up…
    still have this issue
