Help serious IE8 and Firefox bugs

Hi guys – I’ve just noticed that there are a couple of issues with the following browsers with this theme (i’m using browser stack to view the issues)

ie 8 (on windows 7) – see screenshots (1280 x 960 screen)

2. the case study images aren’t filling the screen – I added a media query that you suggested to make this full screen http://awesomescreenshot.com/0e8306ded0

5 – no border radius

Firefox (29 and 30) the background video at the bottom of each page see screenshot
and apparently the ‘case studies’ portfolio images on the home page aren’t showing

I’m using Enfold ver 2.8.1

the website is shortiedesigns.com

These are all default theme features and I haven’t changed any of the CSS – can you please advise how I fix these?
