    I am very sorry to say so, but your service getting help is absolutely horrible. And I have just bought 12 months of service which is not cheap! I regret. It is impossible to find a place where one can contact you. Of cource I have searched the web, but haven’t found solutions. Clicking a link just gets one into a loop. Not user friendly! How do I contact you?

    My originally post was:

    I am sorry for being so frustrated yesterday!

    Thank you for your kind and quick reply.

    I have now look at all your links for a long time, but I really can’t connect the images in your links with what is going on at me screen. I simply don’t have the correct screens – or maybe just can’t find them though trying hard for a logn time.

    Is it possible, taht you can guide me?

    Hi Hanne,

    Enfold theme options had a “facelift” and now looks different then in screenshots in our documentation however tabs and options are the same :)
    Sure! If you do not mind posting temporary WordPress admin logins here privately, we can apply the changes for you :)

    I have now solved the problem. Great.

    I have sent in another request witch is pretty urgent, as I only get a white screen when i try to install on my livesite: http://stegemueller.dk/blog Is there the slightest possibilyty that you can look at that issue?

    Glad you figured it out! :)

    We would need temporary WP admin logins and FTP logins to look into that issue. Could you please provide them in private content field?
