    Hello,
    I’ve got two customers for which I used Enfold themes.
    I’ve bought on Envato / Themeforest 2 licences, and created two API keys.
    One works fine, the other one not.
    When I click on manual theme update, it goes to the WP update page and nothing happens.
    The only difference for me is that the second WP is in FR version (both are 4.5 from this morning).
    Can you help me, please ?

    Hi Jérôme!

    Please try this plugin to clear WordPress transients if you do not receive auto updates and make sure your API key is correct: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/.

    If it does not help, please update the theme manually – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Hi Yigit,
    Thanks a lot for the indications.
    No good result with transient cleaner, so I’ve updated the theme manually.
    I hope the API key will work sooner or later, I’d really need this to be automated…
