    My website is down and I can’t even access the WP-AMIN page. My hosting service said it is an issue with the theme. Can you help me?

    Sure, can you provide ftp access as well as the admin access? so we can try to fix it. Just post the details in private content.

    Were the credentials for the ftp access successful? Was the access to files provided through ftp enough?

    Excuse my lack of knowledge, but I believe it’s version 5. My hosting service uses LINUX as it’s OS.

    You need to ask your provider to update to minimum php 7 to be compatible with Enfold…

    Hello,

    The website is working and I have access to the admin page now, thank you very much.

    A couple of the LayerSliders are not working correctly, but I’ll mess around and change it up.
